Live Broadcast Theatre of Retail
Mikkel, Sandra and Björn went to Amiralen to make live interviews with customers about future mobile payment (most of the people didn’t wan’t to speak in english, sorry guys). Our colleagues Borna, Daniel and Jesper was monitoring the stream live from school! We went during regular working hours, so we reached a rather old and mature audience which is why we didn’t find too many tech enthustiasts. Most people believed that cash will die and that paying with traditional cards will take over. Actually most people were not very sad about this fact, but they where quite critical, and sceptic about new technologies coming up. Only a few was persons were able to mention any of the future payment technologies.
So, what did we learn? A lot of people don’t know much about new technologies, some of them havn’t got the intrest and sometimes the information simply doesn’t reach the customer. We are sure that something unpredictable can seem more scary, than intresting.
